Low Income Elderly Housing

A friend of mine has recently moved to low income elderly housing because he wanted to take advantage of the cheaper rent. I helped him to look for the place to live. We first started by going online and looking through home rental websites. We found many listings that fit the bill. So we called up the owners and made an appointment to go see these homes. The first few homes that we saw were not in great condition. It looked like nobody ever took care of the homes. Finally, the last home that we saw was perfect. It had everything. It was close to the grocery store so my friend could just walk there. The environment was safe and the neighbors were friendly. Best of all, the rent was a very good deal. All these factors were good so my friend decided to rent the place. I am glad that he was able to find a place that suits him.
